Shipping policy

We deliver pan India.

Based on our current demographic limitations of some perishable goods we have broadly classified 2 regions of service- Mysuru/Bengaluru & Rest of India. Please select the appropriate region before placing your order.

We do not charge a delivery cost for orders above Rs 999/- in Karnataka and orders above Rs 2000/- pan India.

You should receive your delivery within 48-72 hours of booking based on your region. For Mysuru & Bengaluru, we will be delivering the orders through our delivery agents or an appropriate hyperlocal delivery partner. For other regions, we will be delivering through courier service.

However, if some of the ordered items are not in stock, then we will get them produced and have them dispatched within 10 working days of the order being placed. We will keep you informed under such circumstances.

We have identified the right partners for delivery after thorough vetting keeping in mind the quality of service and the promised TATs.  Nonetheless, since the courier service does not work during public holidays, Sundays, during festivals, and if there are other unavoidable circumstances there may be a delay of an additional day or two. Our customer service team shall be in touch to assist you with all the updates.

There is no order pickup facility as of now, enjoy delivery in the safety and comfort of your home.
